Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CCaaS Architect to join our team. The CCaaS Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying contact center solutions using cloud-based Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms. The CCaaS Architect will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to create solutions that meet specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy CCaaS solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements, technical requirements, and pain points.
  • Develop a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the scope, timeline, and deliverables of the project.
  • Work with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Develop architecture diagrams and technical designs that illustrate the proposed solution.
  • Configure and customize CCaaS platforms to meet client requirements.
  • Integrate CCaaS platforms with third-party applications and systems.
  • Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure the solution meets quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with project teams and clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and deploying CCaaS solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions, such as Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, or Genesys Cloud.
  • Understanding of contact center technology, including ACD, IVR, call routing, and workforce management.
  • Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, Webhooks, and SFTP.
  • Ability to develop technical designs and architecture diagrams using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on client needs.
