Overview: We are seeking a Genesys Cloud and AI Engineer who is fluent in Japanese to join our team. As a Genesys Cloud and AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Genesys Cloud and AI systems. You will work closely with our team of developers and data scientists to build and deploy advanced customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer engagement solutions using Genesys Cloud and AI technologies
- Develop custom applications and integrations to extend Genesys Cloud functionality
- Configure and optimize Genesys Cloud routing and workforce management capabilities
- Collaborate with data scientists to design and deploy machine learning models to improve customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve Genesys Cloud and AI system issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Genesys Cloud and AI
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud and AI system design and implementation
- Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud functionality, including routing, workforce management, and reporting
- Experience with Genesys Cloud integrations and custom application development
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Genesys Cloud certifications
- Experience with AWS or other cloud computing platforms
- Experience with natural language processing
