Project Lead (Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Austin, Texas (Hybrid- At least 2 days in the office, and the other days working from home)
6 Months Contract
10 Years - Experience in Organizational Change Management.
10 Years - Ability to convey complex and highly technical information to a diverse audience; ability to work cooperatively with organizational teams and business customers and ability to provide excellent customer service.
10 Years - Experience defining and solving problems, estimating and scheduling project deliverables, and producing project documentation.
10 Years - Experience reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating OCM project deliverables and quality; ability to communicate project status and explain project methodology and processes to project stakeholders; ability to identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
10 Years - Extensive verbal and written communication skills
10 Years - Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy.
5 Years - Experience with pension and benefits administration systems.
5 Years - Experience using the Prosci methodology.
5 Years - Experience in project management delivery.
Master’s degree or Doctorate in areas such as Organization Development, Organization Change Management or similar.
